The Inside the card:

I used a leftover piece of the Diagonal Stripe Background that I had stamped in the Red Velvet Ink.

 Then added a leftover piece of  Where's The Party? that I had cut off the piece on the front.

 Then I used the Sticky Back Toner Paper and 

Radiant Red Foil along with the

 Balloon Die from the Time To Celebrate - Stamp n foil Set       

  to create the balloon for the inside and added twine for the string.
